" If i had the option of giving ,Dr. Sheilly Kapoor, stars in negative i would have. Despite having told her about my sensitive skin issue, she advised me an ointment which has the side effects of burning and redness. There was a less stronger version available for the same medicine but she chose to give me the stronger one to apply on the infected area. She either did not listen to me or was very busy in just speculating stuff herself that even on my patient card she wrote my problem as "acne". Even the prescription given was so vague like Ahaglow face wash is available in 3 different versions .. and she just mentioned ahaglow face wash. I would not advise anyone to waste time and money with this doctor because she will just assume your problem and not listen to a word you say. Be cautious.. if doctors working in a reputed hospital like Medanta are behaving as such what on Earth are we supposed to do ! " - Anonymous
