" My parents went to see Dr Sanjay Mehrotra for consultation at Narayana cardiac centre. Appointment was at 8am and he turned up around 12pm. Staff had no clue where he was - few said doing rounds and others said busy in procedure.I can understand there might be emergencies, but Its highly unprofessional to keep your patients waiting for over 4 hours - either arrange cross-cover or don't book clinic on your lab/round days.The consultation fee was also not refunded when patients wished to leave.Actual consultation was brief but satisfactory as per my parents.
