" Dear doctor I am suffering from loss of appetite.pgi doctor's diagnosed it chronic gastrites. Many gastro doctor says that it is IBS. After queting alcohal consumotion I feel appetite. But I have consumed lot of antidepressant. Slowly slowly my appetite was totally vanished. I feel boated all the time. Chronic gastrites was due to h pylori infection.feels constipated. If take laxative stool frequency three to four times. Doctor has prescribed me antidepressant. Doctor says that it is the malfunctioning of neuro transmitter.visited to various gastintiologist and psychiatrist since 2011. But my issue related to my gut and appetite didn't resolve.
