" I had visited your centre for scan to my mother K,.gouri aged 86 years.I had informed wheelchair is required.But when I reached the place, the useless security told me that I have to get down from car and go in and ask for it.He also instructed to park the car to the side.After getting in the receptionist told it is MRI centre. go up and ask for scan.Then some how I arranged wheel chair and took the patient inside.In short, you lack proper parking facility to the customers which is very bad.I request to throw that security and appoint some good mannered security .otherwise your business will affect.This is my secone experience within a month.for any clarification call me on 8105307627.
