Took covid-19 test twice. Home collection agent (Sathish) was very polite and courteous. Customer care agents on the phone were polite and helpful as well. There was a spelling mistake for my name and it took multiple calls to sort it out, I’m guessing there is some lack of communication between the phone agents and internal team. Apart from this excellent service.

Very courteous staff. Quick hassle free service. Prices I guess are much lower than other centers.

One of my friend was advised MRI for Lumbar Sacral Spine with whole spine screening and MRI for brain (plain) at Apollo Hospitals OMR and few blood tests. When we asked the price for these at the hospital, the total cost turned out to be hefty amount Rs 39500. But when we reached to AARTHI SCANS for these MRIs and tests,we paid only Rs 9200.Thanks to AARTHI SCANS, they helped us to save Rs 30000.The person who was doing MRI was very humble and polite and professional.Thanks to AARTHI SCANS team for a hassle free and economic experience.

Reasonably priced. They gave discount for senior citizen. We finished our CT SCAN by around 7.30 to 7.45 pm. @ their Alwarpet centre. The front office staff said that we will get the report by 9.00 p.m. the same day but it was highly difficult as it was some closing time for doctors. Otherwise, she said that we might receive the report only on the next day after 10.00 a.m. I requested her by phone @ 8.30 p.m. stating that i require the report asap. She said she will try. But, I received a call at 10.00 p.m. stating the report is ready and has been sent to my email. Good job to your team

Excellent. In this pandemic you are all doing an awesome job keeping your life at stakes. It is a thankless world, not all will commend what you are doing. Hats off to you .

My experience was by and large good. I visited Alwarpet branch.Your staff very cooperative. Happy and thanks. But, I had one bad experience today. One person (attendant of a patient who came for testing) was continuously speaking over phone or discussing with his brother. It was very disturbing. But, nobody objected. I pointed out to him and your staff. But, no use..!

I had MRI of LS spine and screening of whole spine taken here. Service was very satisfactory. I wish to mention that Ms Shalini, MRI Technician was kind and very supportive. Her service is much appreciated.Costs at this scan centre are very reasonable. Reports are sent online promptly.

Good equipment with correct results.Scan Cost is best as compared to others.Good service

Excellent service. I done x-ray mammogram. First afraid of x-ray mammogram due to heavy pain. But they done excellent. Way of speaking and welcoming is good.
