Not so crowded, how ever explained on the call we reached on the said time and got the treatment done for cough and cold. Feeling better

Hi as we know this is very crucial time for all of us during this COVID-19 situation ,where will get more panic if something goes wrong with our health. But I should really appreciate Miss Bindu who is working as receptionist in Acura hospital she was very helpfull, I wanted to get in touch with my gynaecologist over call and Bindu helped me by doing so.She understand how important it was for me to get in touch with the doctor , She continuously followed up with doctor. I think Acura has amazing person like Bindu as their staff member ..highly appreciatedThank you sooo much Bindu it means a lot ????

Inspiring MD, really good doctors, polite staff , clean premises and very reasonable prices. And that means it is normally crowded especially when their best of pediatricians, Ortho and other specialists visit. One of those very few hospitals not run by a sales team but actual doctors.

A male reception staff working at night shifts was a very kind person He attended me with generous and humble behaviour.i got my burnt wound dressing within 5 minutes because of him and i am extremely sorry for my previous review comment on your hospital.He should be appreciated from your side even. All nursing staff attending the casualty a heart full thank you for your dedication and work. This was the fourth day i attending for my burnt wound to get dressed. Genuinely satisfied with the care, concern and duty done by them. I will recommend my friends in future for sure. All female staff at reception please do update your self and nothing stops you from appreciation when you are concerned for the patients reaching you for information. All the best.

Dr. Shaibya saldanha is awesome.. She treats patients with lot of care and understanding. Hospital staff is cooperative.

I consulted Doctor Saleem. He was really good and did good follow up. Had utmost patience and answered all questions. Paid rs 250 for consultation. Second time they didnt even charge me
