Last week I have visit Dr. Abhiraj clinicDuring covid 19 Pendamic the doctor was very good and his staff was also very nice and they all are very Coprative and supportive in nature. They are maintaining social distancing?????????? and also taking all safety measures.

I have never experienced such a doctor who is more concerned about his consultation fee than the emergency of the patient. Specially an old patient who is consulting him from last 2 months. Even The staff is just pathetic and rude. They are actually heartless and only money minded. My first visit to him was in May for acne and pigmentation problem. I started taking his medicines and after 20 days I started getting rashes on my body with terrible itching and this was happening after taking the dose. I went to him for my second consultation and informed him about this and he added one more medicine for this reason for 20 days but after 20 days also this problem is still there and in fact it has become more worse. My skin was never this sensitive. Now even when I am going to parlour for my thread work, after that the whole face becomes red and full of rashes. I am travelling and today when I wanted to talk to the doctor for emergency medicine as I was not able to sleep the whole night because of the itching and whole body was full of rashes. I called them in the morning and the staff is arguing to pay the consultation fee first and then they will get back to me with the appointment time and for that also they are not sure whether he will see me today or tomorrow or on Saturday. I had also send them the pics of my allergy and what I am going through but these heartless people are only concerned about fee. I have consulted many Doctors for different issues and every doctor says that if you have any issue you can WhatsApp or can call and they don’t charge to see what is happening because of their medicines or to see any report. My experience with him is very disappointing.
