Hello Dr. For primary hydrocele, whether open surgery can be avoided? Can it be cured by only oral medicine or antibiotics for a patient of age approx 67 yrs. If operation is the only solution then what are the chances that it will not occur again? How long one can postpone the operation? Thanks.
