Dr. Alka Bhasin

i hate this doctor alka bhasin she denies to give us the case summary which is nonsense i hate this and that is her duty to give us the correct reports moreover giving us the wrong treatment and we are withdrawing our patient from this hospital she is streching the case from 1 month actually more than it...sometimes I doubt is she is qualified doctor..I would not to put ur relative in this hospital.....

Dear MaxAs a journalist with a national news channel, this is one of the many complaints that I will be filing against a nephrologist at Max Smart named Alka Bhasin. Not only is she unprofessional, she is also heartless, money minded and incompetent. On 2 occasions, including today the 3rd of December 2018, she made my sick mother wait for 5 hours despite her having an appointment. She callousness and lousy attitude did not budge even after being told that my mother was feeling unwell and cannot wait any longer. She casually strolled around outside of her office and my mother's pleas went unheard and undressed. I will be sending similar mails and complaints to the government, the MCI and social media alike

Dr. Alka Bhasin is incredible. In our very first visit her warm and kind demeanour really put us at ease. We really appreciate Dr. Bhasin taking her time to go over the diagnosis clearly and treatment options. She combines expertise and willingness to listen and discuss. She is so caring and her utmost concern is your comfort. I would have no qualms in recommending her to anyone.

Dr. Bhasin is inhuman and has no compassion towards a 86 years old lady, having a multiple arm fracture in deep pain, an old nephrology patient has no time to see her during Nov 5th 2022 OPD. Finally , we left without seeing Dr. Bhasin. No sense of time and unnecessarily allowing patients to book appointment and wait for hours . She should be fired from her job. I sincerely mean this.
