A really great doctor with good diagnostics and a great course of treatment.He is really experienced and great at what he does. Appointment booking system is worst. OPD counter people needs to be changed. Coming from over 100 km to have an appointment with Dr Alok, there is no option to book an appointment through phone. If you get it, it would be after token 30 and that means whole day would be gone. OPD counter dont even care where you come from, to book an appointment with early token numbers , you have to be physically present at counter , no matter what, that too 7 days before the actual date. this is by far the most stupid thing i have heard so far. No matter what, they wont book an appointment online, even if someone is dying.

Dr Alok is really great at what he does, very good and up to point diagnostics with best course of treatment. OPD Counter booking is worst, and thats why 3 stars instead of 5. To book an appointment, you have to be physically present 7 days before the actual date. Even if I had to travel 100 kilometers every time just to book an appointment, by far the worst OPD booking counter ever seen. NO online payment option whatsoever. I dont even know if Dr Alok is aware of these things or counter people are doing this without his knowledge, but certainly needs to be changed.
