Dr Alok Sangam, Gastroenterologist at the Mayo Medical Center, Gomti Nagar, Lucknow is one the worst, careless and most inhuman doctor....Was not able to do a simple ERCP procedure of my wife at Mayo Medical Center.... Ruptured her intestine during the procedure and after that he did not admit, inform or took any corrective actions or treatment for two days...Did not care to visit her when she was suffering from pain..Was busy in his own clinic ...We had to rush her to another hospital where ultimately she could not be saved as it was already too late due to sepsis........He has ruined a happy family and snatched the life of a single daughters mother..

We know Doctors are not God...But atleast they should be responsible towards their duties and commitments....They should respond to their  patients and not leave them when they need you....They should never be over confident of their work and always be precarious in their treatment...Which was certainly not in our case...The doctor did not try to investigate the cause of her pain nor he visited her when she was suffering....Left her to die for two days in the hospital...He was not willing to discharge her. If we not have shifted her forcibly to other hospital we would have never known negligence of this Doctor which he was trying to hide.. The doctor is blatantly lying and trying to mislead the facts...The second hospital CT scan has clearly shown perforation during the ERCP procedure which the doctor was not able to detect and treat....He was so overconfident of his procedure, he did not care to investigate the cause of pain and overlooked other symptoms of perforation....Our patient died because of carelessness of his procedure, delay in detecting the perforation and sepsis thereafter.....He did care to come to the hospital or pick up our calls in evening one day before thereby delaying the urgent treatment required for which we had to shift her to another hospital....
