Dear Dr Anand Malviya,Greetings!I am trying to better understand RA. I read it:"Regulation"Potassium loading also increases ACTH and cortisol in humans.[63] This is probably the reason why potassium deficiency causes cortisol to decline (as mentioned) and causes a decrease in conversion of 11-deoxycortisol to cortisol.[64] This may also have a role in rheumatoid-arthritis pain; cell potassium is always low in RAhttps://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cortisol "Is it true? If so, whether metabolic acidosis which may interfere K shift to ICF can be a relevant and responsible factor to RA and other related disorders?Best regards.Vijay

Dear Dr Anand Malviya,Greetings!I have a question about TB. Can we classify TB in these types:1. Latent TB( if Immune system is unable to deal with them).2. Active TB( On immune system become further weak(step towards progression of disease). All TB symptoms apparent.3. Active TB(On immune system become sufficiently strong to deal with them by exposing these to it. Few not all TB symptoms apparent.(step towards cure). Thanks

Very arrogant and insensitive doctor even insults patients. He is a JOINT disease doctor guys so dont go for other autoimmune disease like SLE or similar because after treating such case for long he will refuse to treat claiming that "I am a JOINTS doctor".
