Hi Doctor, I am Pushpendra. Age 28 years old. I think I am suffereing from ED mentally, I am not sure though it may be physically. I have been masturbating since last 6 years(stopped now). The main problem is that my penis won't get hard enough. It remains in the semi erect position. Foreplay does help to erect fully but as soon as me and my partner trying to do it, it goes flaccid. Sometimes it goes flaccid in the middle of intercourse. I also have premature ejaculation problem. I can hold only about 15-20 sec for the first time.
