My baby 4 years old but she can't walk with freely.. she was not cryd after born and then she was in baby icu care unit for 4 days. Now her taking is not clear and delayed . I am from assam so can't dignosis to any pediatric neurologist. Please help me

My child age 12yrs. He is treated with sodium valproite, respeidone from birth etc. But his convulsions are not controlled. Now convulsions 10 to 15 times per day. How can I get consultation from you sir.
