Deserve Zero star, OVER HYPED psychiatrist, highly unprofessional.. word of advice, go there if you want to waste your Time, Money and Expectations,maybe he was good long time back but now looks like he need some tuning himself, this is a very responsible post/profession Plz Mr. Nagpal take it seriously.A psychiatrist or psychologist always have a very pleasing vibe, smile on face and a happy nature.. it is all opposite here,charging Rs2000, with a appointment makes ppl wait for 2-3 hrs (not much patient around still) and after all this he jst gave 5mins frm which 1 min wasted on young girl who was his apprentice, do someone have to come inbetween of a PAID session to get her homework checked .. seriously!! this showes how unattantive he is towards a nervous patient, also it was so dumb and unprofessional of Mr. Nagpal tht he asked Patients to remove their Mask so he can see their face, neither he nor his any staff was wearing mask and he wants pantients to Remove mask in this COVID situation.. I gave him idea of asking patient for pic (everyone has thier pic in thier Mobile phone) instead!! doesnt have a team of psychologist for Millennials.also his team of gurls who do patient Assessment based on your personal information does not follow ‘Physician Patient Confidentiality’..the only thing working well there was the AC, else it had been impossible to wait for 2.5 hrs in this hot weather post your appointment time.

He is not concerned about treating his patients. He doesn’t want to understand the nature of the problem. More close to being rude to patients . Extremely incompetent. Doesn’t deserve to practice at all. Strange why Moolchand had appointed him. Completely waste.

I went there for internship. There were already 12 to 13 student. They don’t let you observe a whole day and sessions. Internship was not at all worth the money. I paid it before because they didn’t tell me about this so I stayed that there for some hours and I realise that it is not something worth it. So when I asked them for the refund on the same day itself. As I did not do any internship there. The money they took from me was 6000 and it’s been a month they are not refunding.
