Dr Meenu Walia graduated from the Maulana Azad Medical College and did her post graduation (MD - Internal Medicine) from University of Delhi, followed by senior residency at the prestigious Dr. Ram Manohar Lohia Hospital, Delhi. Thereafter, she pursued further studies in the field of medical oncology & happens to be the first DNB MEDICAL ONCOLOGIST of India.  Ever since it has been 20 years she is working in the field of oncology managing all sorts of cancer patients both- Solid Cancers and Hematological cancers. Besides that she has special interest in Clinical Research and has been designated as principal investigator for various randomized multi- centric international clinical research trials where newer options for cancer treatment are evaluated. Dr Meenu Walia takes special interest in sharing her views on Oncology. To her credit are many publications in national and international journals. She always keeps herself updated with latest in Oncology by regularly attending workshops and conferences. Presently, she is associated with Dharamshila Hospital and Research Institute, New Delhi as a Senior Consultant Medical Oncologist.
