Best Dr. Rajas Kalidas Deshpande practices as Consultant Neurologist at Jupiter Hospital, Pune. He completed MBBS from Government Medical College, Aurangabad Maharashtra in 1992,MD - General Medicine from Government Medical College, Aurangabad Maharashtra in 1997 and DM - Neurology from Seth GS Medical College and KEM Hospital in 2002.

I met him for my papilledema issue. He is amazing and very friendly. He heard me out patiently and also helped me in getting an appointment for my second opinion. He was very comforting and understanding.

A very caring, humble and helpful person.I am a doctor who has had an opportunity to interact with Dr. Deshpande sir. This happened about ten years back. I was working as a registrar in the ICU of a hospital where sir was a visiting specialist. While reading out a patient's case paper, he asked me to elicit some reflexes on the patient. I couldn't do it very well. Dr. Deshpande sir showed me the proper way to do it. He, patiently, went through the basics and told me to practice it well. This took more than thirty minutes. I was just out of medical college and was awestruck by the way he made me understand it so well. I asked myself, what did he gain by spending time in explaining me the basics? He could have examined 3-4 patients in that duration. Do super specialists do that? Someone would have just ignored me or would have told me to read my books!! I have seen how he interacts with patients. I have heard patients saying that merely talking to him makes them feel better. Now that is Dr. Rajas Deshpande sir's magic! I have my own practice now, but he is still a role model for me.

Very humble, kind, confident Dr. My dad had surgery and post that dress syndrome and post that memory loss and random/irrational behaviour. We suffered for 8 month and consulted with top neurologist of mumbai but i must say they didnt have clue.Fine day with god grace we got god and the day we step out from dr cabin all went well. Dad is enjoying his life now and we are thankful we have such a kind human being on earth. Thanks dr to do magic in our life.
