Actually I am having back pain last 6 month but my age is just 30 . How may I get some relief treatment.

I was suffering from disc prolapse at L4 L5 in my spine. Dr.and their staff assured me for full relief within two days. I was in very much pain do I booked a tatkal appointment with the doctor by paying Rs 2000 as scheduled. Within 5 minutes he told some exercises. I practised his exercises for more than a month but couldn't feel any relief. He and his staff hardly response after consultation. I think they are interested in bookings only. I went to him about one and half yr.back.I went there from far away from Pune and got disappointed only.
