Immediately following MD she received the degree of DNB in Obs and Gynae from National Board of Education. She is a member of National Academy of Medical Sciences( MNAMS). In 2010 she was conferred with the prestigious Fellowship of Indian College of Obstetrics and Gynaecology (FICOG).She is also an executive member of Indian Fertility Society .Dr. Rashmi has received many national and International awards including the prestigious C. S.Dawn award for best paper presentation on her work on IVF /ICSI with genital tuberculosis ,at All India Congress Of Obstetrics and Gynaecology 2010 She also received best paper prize for her work on tuberculosis as a cause for premature ovarian failure and poor ovarian reserve in patients undergoing IVF/ICSI at International conference of Menopause Society. She won 2nd prize for Poster Presentation on “Abdominal tuberculosis with elevated CA-125 mimicking metastatic ovarian cancer” ”at 28th Annual Conference of Association of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists of Delhi (AOGD Nov.2006) .She has many national and international paper presentations to her credit .She is an invited faculty at many conferences . She has written various chapters in infertility books of repute . Dr Rashmi has performed approximately 1000 cycles so far with excellent success rates .
