Dr. Ruchi Mutneja

I visited her for treatment of my cholesterol deposit and pigmentation on face. She said go for lazer treatment we inquired her several times and she assured us that the deposit will go and there will be no mark after a week or so. It has been almost 5 months but my marks have not gone, infact they have darkened with passing days. Now she says every skin type is different they will take time and it will go, Doctors cannot experiment especially with someone's face, if every skin is different she should have double checked this before doing lazer. On the first visit I told her that I live in gurgaon and won't be able to visit you easily, she was very much fine with this but later on she started nagging on phone calls. Her consultation fees is average, but her medicines which she gives from inside is too expensive and of no use, there is no effect in my pigmentation which was there on the face. Never go to her for treatment, go for some experienced doctor. Good experience matters in case of skin. Very poor service from Dr. Ruchi, really unsatisfactory.
