Hi Doctor,My son is 13 years old and suffering for chronic lung infection since age of 5. During early years he used to get bronchitic infection 2-3 times a year resulting in acute cough, wheezing and a bit of cold. Now it usually occurs during winter season where it start with running nose and continuous sneezing resulting in log of mucous coming out. From last 3 days he having dry cough through the day, wheezing over night and chest tightening. We are trying our tested medication of duolin based nebulization and Asthalin syrup/tablets. Please advise whether we are on right track or need to consult you for alternate treatment.Regards,Rakesh
