My grandfather is at the last stage of mouth cancer.. He was being treated in nagpur. Sometimes his sodium in his body is too low. Now he is complaining that he has stomach pain. He is unable to breathe properly due to lots of cough. Which medicine should be given to him for the stomach pain?

Dear Sir / Dear Mam, I have CT scan Report of Patient . Patient's age is 67 year. He is not able to do any further test and any operation regarding that disease.
