I went to her for my mother's brain related problem (Parkinson Disease) after hearing a lot about her from my relative who specially came to visit her from Bihar. And, experience was absolutely amazing with her. She is one of the finest doctor I have ever met. She is one of those rare doctor who believe in treating the patient and not her reports. Minimal tests and for the first time, my mother felt comfortable with any doctor. God bless her and give her all the success in life. Really greatful.

Dear Doctor,I met with an accident and underwent a surgery on my left thigh in June last year (2016). I was bed ridden for almost 7-8 months without any physio therapy. Then I slowly started moving around and got a job about 7 months back. Now I am working with an Embassy in New Delhi. My major concern is lost of strength in my (both) legs. Especially I cannot climb up stairs (i stay on the second floor). I can just drag myself up to 5-6 steps and then I almost give up. In the past 10 days I even slipped in my Embassy and got hurt but did not have the strength to lift myself up unless the security guards came and helped me.Basically there is no co-ordination between my mind-eyes-legs. Just cant put the feet at the right place. After falling down twice, now i am too scared to even walk. I do not want to loose my job. But if my condition does not improve, I ultimately will be jobless. I cannot even step on the normal dividers on the roads and its so embarrassing.I have got treated by orthos and physicians with multi vitamins/medicines for nerves/calcium/injections but to no avail. Have ended up paying thousands on tests and fee but all the tests so far have come negative. Now I am tired and feel totally helpless. Am also scared of losing my job as it involves moving around (administration). I have lost all hope!!Doctor, do you think this is treatable? and if yes, could it take months? My age is 48 and my weight is 66 Kgs. and I live in Janakpuri (C5B block).Your reply/suggestion would be highly appreciated in this matter doctor. Best regards,Atul Lakhanpal
