Sir, Since five years I have diabetes problem type 2 I was taking the tablet name diamicron xr 60. After five years now I am taking glimpse my doubt is if I go for walk regularly with strict diat my sugar level is normal but if I neglect walking and free diat sugar level goes up .some time some of the reason I couldn't go for walk .i am totally confused how can i control my sugar naturally .I am 61 years old .please guide me
