Dr. Vimal Dassi

Dr.Vimal Dassi is an excellent professional who knows his job really well. He was spot on in diagnosing the medical issue and advised my dad to undergo a surgery. We are very thankful to him for guiding us to get rid of the problem on time and thus, preventing a big problem. Doctors like him are truly an asset to the society.

My father aged 75 was diagnosed prostate cancer in the month July 2021, then i started looking for Doctor who is have Expertise in Uro Oncology, i reffered some of the very reknowned Doctors, but at the end i decided to go for Dr. Vimal Dassi at Max Hospital Vaishali. On 18th Aug, my father went under knife but the most amazing part was that there was Robot who actually did the surgery, and becuase of this Robotic Surgery, my father started walking in 24 hours and got relased in 72 hours. he did not have any complication, it didnot seem like it was a prostate Cancer surgery having minimal cuts considering his age 75 years. I took my father 79 years to Dr Dassi for a lump which turned out to be hernia during the test it was found that my father has elevated PSA levels so all the tests for prostate were done and it turned our to be prostate cancer .Dr Dassi suggested robotic surgery which even doctors who needed to give N.O.C would difficult to accept and thought this is too complex a procedure for this age but Dr Dassi confidence gave us the desired confidence to go ahead.Surgery went well and after 2 weeks even the catheter was removed .During the entire pre operative and postoperative phase we found doctor always available whenever needed and guided us at every stage .

I visited Dr. Vimal Dassi for my father's health problem. My experience with the doctor has been great. He has treated him very well. Not only as per treatment, he also consoled my father, as he was very weak emotionally and mentally because of his problem. He gives enough time to his patient and consults him well.
