My father (82 Years) was admitted to this hospital for Covid treatment .He got very good treatment and discharged fully recovered .All the staff, doctors , nurses, Mavshi, ward boy are very good and cooperative .Food provided was also good.Even billing / admin staff is good.Guidance from dietitian for post discharge diet was very helpful and importantOverall experience was good and we are satisfied with the services of this hospital

My father in law was admitted in this hospital .the whole staff took great care of him . special thanks to Dr Samir and Dr bhakti and also the dietician Manjiree all of them used to call us daily and enquire about his health .they gave him a proper diet and also was there with him in each of his move .They used to answer our queries and questions,that way we could get to know about the health of our patient .whole staff of the hospital is very patient and kind .proper medication was provided by them in.Once again a very big thank uh for your patience and kindness in treating my father in law. Since my admission, I was very well taken care off both in terms of my medical condition and personal care. I was looked after by your highly efficient team of Doctors, nurses, dietician and all the other supporting staff members. I would hereby mention Dr. Rupesh Nayak, who was my consulting doctor and he not only monitored my progress regularly but also kept my family members duly updated on my condition and developments. My dietician and food advisor, Manjiri also made sure I was always well nourished with a balanced and highly protein led diet for my speedy recovery. She also was in touch with my husband in terms of their recommendations and advice. The hospital facility was also very well maintained, sanitized and kept clean by the staff throughout the day on a timely basis. Everyone at the hospital ensured I was well taken care of and recovering on a quick basis and their warm hospitality added to my speedy revival. I had faced some initial adjustment issues with the room and my diet, however they were really understanding of my needs and made immediate amends. I would highly recommend Surana Sethia hospital and their team in this hour of need.

I was admitted in this hospitalon 30/09/2020 for Covid/pneumonia. At the entry point itself the Dr and staff were courteous and concerned. I was slightly worried and tensebut the medical staff of the 6th floor were caring and reassuring. The round the clock service was excellent despite so many patients. Dr.Rupesh Naik and his team were very efficient and he very patiently explained everything regarding the treatment and my progress, during his daily visits. He regularly called up my husband and updated him about my health. On discharge detailed instructions on my medicines, exercise etc Al were given to me. Throughout my stay Dr. Manjiri took very good care of my diet and also gave me detailed diet chart. Till today she is in touch with me with follow ups. Dr. Hamsika taught me exercises and this is very helpful even today. I had a follow up visit yesterday and Dr. Vinayak patiently answered all my queries which I had written down. Excellence, efficiency and care from even the basic medical staff will be possible only if the people at the topmost level practice it themselves. Thanks for everything

Me and my Dad was found covid positive and got admitted to this hospital, hospital staff is very cooperative and efficient, very nice treatment and care was taken by doctors and nurses, like to thank Dr Rupesh Nayak, Dr Rajneesh, Dr Madhuri and Mrs Nasreen shaik, and all other team, also housekeeping staff is excellent , rooms are super clean and tidey, i will highly recommend this hospital.
