" Dear prof.I am writing to you on behalf of my brother, farhad, who suffers from a dire unknown illness for which, currently, there is no available medication or even a diagnosis for his sickness.To begin with, it was about six years ago when my brother felt he had difficulties perceiving the concepts of the texts he reads and even understanding the meaning underlying chat stickers, symbols, and signs. He got worse over time in this regard. Therefore, they were unable to diagnose his sickness or prescribe medicines.All in all, since our country, Iran, is under strict economic sanctions and limited knowledge or facilities for recognizing my brother's disorder and based on the recommendation of his doctors, I wanted to seek help from other scientists and neurologists around the world. This unknown disease might be a newly emerging disorder that can affect not only my brother but also a considerable number of people.
