" I called the skin clinic on 24th Nov and got an appointment for 4th Dec (after 10 days which is ridiculous). Unfortunately, I had an emergency and could not visit on the day of appointment. So I called the clinic to check if they could accommodate same day for another time. The lady receptionist who takes appointment is very rude and said if you missed you have to take new appointment which was again after 10-12 days and if it's an emergency we have to come to clinic 15mins before opening time and wait (no guarantee the doctor will see the patient as it depends on number of patients that day). However, I visited the clinic next day at 4.15pm and to my surprise there were already 15-20 patients waiting just like me in addition to 10 patients who had booked appointments. That lady was rude again to tell she doesn't know how long it will take and we have to wait as my number was almost after 25 other patients. I waited for some time and meantime another patient also complained about the same thing (saying they take 10 appointments on phone and ask other patients to visit before the clinic opens and by the time clinic opens they have 15 patients waiting already. Will the doctor see all patients together as soon as clinic opens?). I thought this is outrageous practice and wasting people's time and money. I walked out of the clinic with frustration without seeing the Doctor (so many other patients also left seeing the queue). " - Anonymous
