" Excellent doctor. Extremely approachable. Always visited when the family was around to give details of treatment. Did not hold back the patient for more than required. In fact we were quite surprised when he released my husband so quickly. Earlier experience in a different department was bad. " - Rohit Kumawat

" Dear prof.I am writing to you on behalf of my brother, farhad, who suffers from a dire unknown illness for which, currently, there is no available medication or even a diagnosis for his sickness. To begin with, it was about six years ago when my brother felt he had difficulties perceiving the concepts of the texts he reads and even understanding the meaning underlying chat stickers, symbols, and signs. He got worse over time in this regard. Moreover, he often doesn't respond properly if someone asks him a question and has critical issues with getting verbal communication in society. Due to these issues, he is severely depressed and afraid to talk with anyone.Following the mentioned symptoms, we decided to check if something was wrong with him. He went through various tests and analyses under the supervision of several well-known Neurologists in Iran. Unfortunately, all of them said my brother was a rare case they had never seen before or heard about it. The analysis of results showed According to above findings right side inferior parietal and mid temporal regions have abnormal asynchronous dysfunction which must be compatible with clinical and neuro imaging finding. Therefore, they were unable to diagnose his sickness or prescribe medicines. All in all, since our country, Iran, is under strict economic sanctions and limited knowledge or facilities for recognizing my brother's disorder and based on the recommendation of his doctors, I wanted to seek help from other scientists and neurologists around the world. This unknown disease might be a newly emerging disorder that can affect not only my brother but also a considerable number of people. I sincerely beg you to consider this email/letter and take the necessary actions to rescue someone's life. I attach the results of [MRI brain, EEG, ...] analysis to this email for your consideration. If you need any additional information, do not hesitate to contact me. I will provide all in detail. Sincerely,{Al " - Anonymous
