" Dr. Archana is an excellent doctor. My 15-year-old son had severe neck pain and swelling and upper chest pain. We consulted her and on palpation of neck she immediately said she could feel subcutaneous air leak and suggested for neck and chest CT scan which when done showed exactly the same diagnosis. This is a very difficult diagnosis to make. This is an extremely rare and uncommon condition which occurs with trauma or in postoperative period. My son did not meet either of these criteria.
