" Hello. My name is Bhavna, I am 33 yrs old and live in Delhi. By profession I am an organizational psychologist. I went to Dr. Ram Kumar few months back for depression and low self esteem. I had been recently divorced and was overcoming a lot of post traumatic stress. So much so that i wasn't able to perform well at work and left my job as it was becoming too overwhelming. I felt inadequate to perform basic things and started doubting everything about myself. I feel I am much more balanced, stable and in flow now. As a bonus, my health has also improved since most of my diseases were stress related. I would highly recommend Dr. Ram Kumar to anyone who is willing to invest in their wellbeing and wants to lead a mentally healthy life without any medication.
