Worst experience at QRG Hospital. I'll never recommend anyone to even visit here. Complete waste of time and money. Here OPD start time is 10:00am but Doctor came at 11:45am. I asked at reception - "why do you keep your patients waiting for so long. Better change the OPD time. Anyone visiting here is already in trouble and it's really difficult to wait at reception for 4-5 hours". Lady relies - "Sir hum kya krein. Doctors hi sab ghr se late aate hai."I have been to so many good hospitals, it's normally happens doctors may be 10-15min late because of their morning visits. But here it is worst. They don't care for your time. After long wait when I got my turn to meet Dr. Sanjeev Kapoor, Physian. Things hadn't been worst than this, he handed over my case to a subordinate doctor who actually sits besides him and he got busy in handling other patients. Sir if you don't have time to handle your patient then don't charge so heavy amount under your name and better not waste our time. There is no dirth of better doctors and hospitals in faridabad. It was my mistake I didn't take QRG feedback from local colleagues or online. After my return to home I have got your hospital feedback from faridabad local crowd who all are complaining about your hospitality and services.If show will run like this, day isn't far your hospital will shut down.BETTER IMPROVE!!Thanks.
