Dear Dr i have a relative pancytopenia in that my TLC is 2500, ESR 20 RBC of 3.96, platelet count of 63000/cmm with a normocytic normochrmic rbc . My Hb last done was 9.2 on 27 may 2017. The retro viral antibody test was reactiive.There were fatty liver changes seen on 23/03/2017 and the liver showed to be of normal size with mild coarsening of echotexture with voulme redistribution suggestive of chronic liver disease. when corelated with LFT no local lesion was seen. This is what lead me to do further tests on 27/05/2017 and i have been on silimarine 40mg since as a preventive measure.Please advise if any other tests need to be done as so far the HBS Ag being negative and the HBCV being reactive.I shall be grateful for your advice and further action needed to facilitate a definitive diagnosis of my condition as i have no symptoms and all the other parameters are normal.kindly email me on [email protected] phone me 9711738960Thank you

Sir....1.5 years ago i was on ayurvedic supplements...these supplements increased my hemoglobin levels and my hemoglobin is 17.5 right now and pcv and rbc are a bit high but doctors told me to donate blood only but after donating 3 times my hemoglobin is still above 17...and it increases every 20 days...on 1 june my hemoglobin level was 15.9 and now it is 16.5 ..idont now what to do...i went to psychiatrist he put me on anxietymeds...my vision is blurred and last year i went for mri brain.the report shows white matter chronic ischemic changes due to high bp.i am currently taking bp med.pls suggest me what to do now...i am 22 years old
