I m suffering from IPT , my last platelate count is 183000.dr. have given me ominicortil and danogen with reduced dose .i want second opinion abt treatment of IPT and and permanant solution on this

my mother was with coomb's test positive ( 4),done TMPT Genotyping *1/*1 genotype.CBC HEMOGLOBIN 10.7EARLIER ON METHYPREDNISOLON, NOW ON PREDNISOLON ON TAPPERING MODE WITH 50 mg. now can you suggest or not for= AZATHIOPRINE WITH 50mg.
