The retro viral antibody test was reactiive.There were fatty liver changes seen on 23/03/2017 and the liver showed to be of normal size with mild coarsening of echotexture with voulme redistribution suggestive of chronic liver disease. when corelated with LFT no local lesion was seen. This is what lead me to do further tests on 27/05/2017 and i have been on silimarine 40mg since as a preventive measure.Please advise if any other tests need to be done as so far the HBS Ag being negative and the HBCV being reactive.I shall be grateful for your advice and further action needed to facilitate a definitive diagnosis of my condition as i have no symptoms and all the other parameters are normal.Thank you " - Anonymous
