Had a great Experience at BMB. Very friendly, courteous and caring people. Everyone went out of the way to make me feel most comfortable and took care of even the smallest details to ensure a very smooth admission, procedure, discharge and even special coordination with my TPA to get speedy approvals.Though it?s impossible to name everyone, but i must make a special mention of Tanuj Basu who took special care and went beyond the call of duty to ensure that everything went as per plan. He really made me feel very comfortable and ?at home? . This level of commitment to patient Care is exceptional. Keep up the Great Work Tanuj.

Staffs in cardiology department are very cordial and very well behaved. They are always ready to serve their duty on one call. Thanks to them.

They have all the modern and updated machines. The doctors are very well trained and the nursing staff takes care of even the smallest of needs.

Nice arrangement from admission, staying, procedures, fooding, toilet etc. Mostly sincere, attitude by all staff and all basic facilities. Behaviour of Doctor is mostly attractive. Got most help from Baishaki and Sudipa, attendent of Dr A Misra.
