Dr Devendra is the best doctor in town...even after the bypass surgery in a span of 2 months.. he helped us a lot with post op too..Even by calling his personal number,he would always attend and listen patiently and guide...These kind of doctors are rare to find .A true genuine person with extra ordinary skills.1

Got engioplasty done in Feb 19 on paid basis, was billed for 4.5 lacs, and total 5 days. Now again got 1 more engioplasty done in Nov 19 under MAA card. Discharged in 2 days. No responsible person to attend or discuss, from 11.30 am till 3.15 pm no Dr. Attended when visited for follow-up after 10 days. MAA card service and staff very cooperative, hospital staff and Dr. not cooperative at all. Experienced worst service in life, at Baroda Heart hospital.

This is the best hospital as I have seen in my life. The fantastic work done by the hospital for the people services. The best experience includes:1. Avoid unnecessarily long waits for OPD and service facilities.2. Avoid unnecessarily long waits for lab results and pharmacy.3. Every single employee know how to handle customer complaints and concerns.4. In general, hospital employees avoiding eye contact and talk with civilians in the hospital, and acting like they are ?other? from them ( health wise), but this not the case with BHIRC supporting staff.5. I have read a very good slogan on one of the notice board of BHIRC which impress me "If a mistake happens once it may be fault of employee. If it happens twice, it is most likely the fault of the system." which clearly indicate the intention of quality policy of hospital.

Good and Experience Dr. And nice hospital work flow there is less space for patients member to stay but at the end good place for solve heart problem issue

My dads bypass surgery done here on 25/05/2021 by doctor Devendar singh sir.... He is a very clam, knowledgeable and experienced doctor. Earlier in 2016 also my dad has gone from Engioplasty. Both the operations are successfull and quit happy with the treatment.Some of the nurse staff and security persons are not good but that could be managable. The only thing is the waiting area for the relatives should be improved with more space and Ventilation (may be A/c).I think the hospital should be moved to another location where there could be more space for parking, visitor area and also rooms. Otherwise the doctor's knowledge are exceptionally well and specially I am very happy with the treatment Dr Devender Singh and provided to my father with the surgery and also after.???? thank you sir

Today 21/05/21 my dad Hasmukhabhai Patel suddenly he has start chest pain so i visit baroda heart hospital staff very good they take corrective and instant response and do surgery through dr Pervender singh is very good my father now well after couple of day he will take discharge from hospital but overall is very good. Thank you.
