I would say that we are blessed to have Dr. RUPAL SHAH, at Vadodara and a professional and very caring front line Team of hers, who are there to Take care of you right from the reception. My Mother had been facing hardships with her eyesight over past one year, we did connect with some other doctor in view of COVID 19 thinking to avoid any crowded hospital.. However we were wrong till the time we visited Center of Sight. We were so delighted and satisfied as soon as we entered the hospital and the way the Team is taking care of social distancing and practising all measures of safety for paitents... The hospital facility is huge to take care of social distancing and has a very comfortable and soothing ambience for both paitent and their Attendentant.Reception staff is very humble and co-ordial and has all the paitence to listen to your queries and questions especially Ms. SHRUSTI.DR. RUPAL SHAH is the best of a person with a smiling face always to get you free from all your pain.. Saying that, the First eye sight is given by the Almighty and the second one is definitely been handed over by DR Rupal... Such a Amazing Doctor and a person with excellent hands on over her surgery.. You wont feel that your surgery is even been done, such a painless experience and witnessed my Mom coming out of OT with a smiling face... Amazing to see and experience that a Doctor who has done more than 25K surgeries over the world can be so humble and down to earth.A lay man would probably wont understand the complex surgery terms and the decison of lenses is a difficult task, but not to worry here as they have a excellent councilling Team to clear all your doubts. I am so glad that I chose Centre for Sight for my ReLEx SMILE operation. The entire experience was so smooth! The fact that the doctor, Dr. Rupal Shah, who has mentored 1200 doctors worldwide for performing reLEx operation and one who has done more than 50k laser operations is going to operate on my eyes was in itself quite an overwhelming feeling. The operation was so quick (3 mins for each eye) and painless that before I could even get nervous, my operation was done. There was no irritation or pain after the operation too and I started gaining clear vision in less than 24 hours post operation. Also, thanks to the whole staff that was friendly and approachable. The feeling of getting up every morning to see things clearly without spectacles is like a dream and beyond expressing in words.

Dr. Rupal Shah is God sent doctor. She is a superb surgeon. The moment you step into her cabin, half of the problem gets solved. She listens very carefully and understands the patient very well. She has a unique way of making every patient feel at home. The cataract operation was conducted so efficiently that we hardly felt like we were in hospital. All staffs were also empathetic.
