" My mom aged 80 years was admitted from 14th May to 29th May 2021. Doctor Ohri is a real gentleman and excellent doctor. She recovered and healed, full credit to him.However the staff- nursing, housekeeping, on duty doctors are highly unpredictable. Some are extremely helpful and diligent, some are so careless and irresponsible that patient will cry for help and they will ignore.There are general hygiene issues. bathrooms are not cleaned properly. Staff use the same bathroom in patients room. Cleaners also distribute food to patients. Staff at night go to sleep often and are missing . " Yesterday (by the time I'm writing the review), I went for my UK Visa Immigration TB Test and I had an appointment at 1:30 pm. Since I reached Delhi by air early in the morning from Varanasi and I requested on phone (prior) to schedule my appointment for before since I was supposed to leave the same very day in the evening. Upon reaching the centre at, the whole process was really smooth and I was told that it will take approx. 2 hours for the whole process. I reached there by 11 and though there wasn't much crowd but still a lot many people. I was really pleased to see that I requested about my issue of getting the process done quickly and absolutely it took 30 minutes for all of it to continue and that was extremely professional and I am thankful.PS - Now I am making it sure to write reviews and I always am trying to stick on the practical and genuine side of it and not being inclined or biased if I had a good or either bad experience.
