Not only is she unprofessional, she is also heartless, money minded and incompetent. On 2 occasions, including today the 3rd of December 2018, she made my sick mother wait for 5 hours despite her having an appointment. She callousness and lousy attitude did not budge even after being told that my mother was feeling unwell and cannot wait any longer.
