" Dr. Bhasin is inhuman and has no compassion towards a 86 years old lady, having a multiple arm fracture in deep pain, an old nephrology patient has no time to see her during Nov 5th 2022 OPD. Finally , we left without seeing Dr. Bhasin. No sense of time and unnecessarily allowing patients to book appointment and wait for hours . She should be fired from her job. I sincerely mean this. Not only is she unprofessional, she is also heartless, money minded and incompetent. On 2 occasions, including today the 3rd of December 2018, she made my sick mother wait for 5 hours despite her having an appointment. She callousness and lousy attitude did not budge even after being told that my mother was feeling unwell and cannot wait any longer. She casually strolled around outside of her office and my mother's pleas went unheard and undressed.
