" Dr. Bhasin is inhuman and has no compassion towards a 86 years old lady, having a multiple arm fracture in deep pain, an old nephrology patient has no time to see her during Nov 5th 2022 OPD. Finally , we left without seeing Dr. Bhasin. No sense of time and unnecessarily allowing patients to book appointment and wait for hours . She should be fired from her job. I sincerely mean this. Not only is she unprofessional, she is also heartless, money minded and incompetent. On 2 occasions, including today the 3rd of December 2018, she made my sick mother wait for 5 hours despite her having an appointment. She callousness and lousy attitude did not budge even after being told that my mother was feeling unwell and cannot wait any longer.
