Hospital cleanliness and hygienic is excellent.i have observed that all nurse's seems to be very busy but medications are not given at propper intervels.when we rise the issues nurse's saying shortage of staffs.hence I request the concern people to do the needful accordingly.

My uncle was admitted in hospital for a week for covid19 treatment. due to covid reasons i can't able to go with them, but from started with mr. Mahendran ( ward incharge) how receive my received uncle and helped him to do basic hospital entries and later he hand over to mr. Marutha raja ( patients Shifting person ) take care of him to go for tests , my uncle oxygen level was too low and admitted in icu and stayed there for a 3 -4 days with o2 support, every day i spoken to icu staff and ask for his present conditions and Dr. Arthi mam also informed about the patients conditions every day 12 pm.. Later he shifted to normal ward and get treated for 4 more days. Every day i will get call or msg from Dr.karthik(cheif doctor )and update on patents conditions,, totall bill value comes around 2,75 lacs.. It was covered under cm scheme, i would like to thank team of doctors, nurses and staffs of kongunad hospital, highly recommended for cheap and best hospital service!! Kongunad has standard facilities and best in class doctors which is affordable for common man. A hospital with NO intention of making money out of patient's life. Even though I lost my father in law due to post covid illness., am rest assured that the hospital has done its best to save him. He was in Covid ICU for around 18 days and doctors did update us on daily basis amidst the stress caused by the pandemic situation. The discharge charges were very nominal compared any other multi specialty hospital in Coimbatore. Wish them to continue their service. Thanks to Dr.Shankar and Dr.Karthikeyan Raju for O2 bed admission during covid pandemic high time.

Dear sir, staff nurse CHRISTY in speciality OP is very dominative and she is not staff nurse and spy to the management and would not give respect to doctors she presumes to be the owner of the hospital why this management is encouraging this untrained staff nurse. Management should think of removing this staff and priority and atmost respect DOCTORSOk sir. Thank now she is transferred to some other department or put her as covid department as manager

Admitted my aunt for covid , The complete hospital team took care of her very well ,now she is fully recovered and discharged .

My wife have been tested covid positive on Saturday and she was admitted in kongunad hospital. Am very thankful to Dr.karthikeyan Raju, MD of the hospital for providing admission and care for my wife's recovery. One of the best economic hospital in Coimbatore forever.Friendly Staff's with humble minded especially Sister Abirami...Only my feedback is please arrange one concern person for collecting blood from blood bank.my wife operation timings fixed 10 am but 9.30am sister came and informed bring from the blood bank.last mini I had tension and my wife brought up to operation theater before I am coming..
