" Requesting appointment for my mother who is a long term patient suffering from psychosis and auditory hallucinations. She has been taking Anti-psychotic drugs prescribed by various Psychiatrists for a long time and in the past year she has developed more pronounced involuntary body movements, difficulty in walking, speaking and shortness of breath. She has been prescribed to take Tetrabenazine and Clonazepam to get relief from the recent symptoms.
