" The doctor Rajeev Ranjan is very insensitive and unprofessional. I had take an appointment for my wife for 11am today at Ganga Ram City Hospital for Glassopharengial neuralgia. Firstly we waited for nearly 2h as the doctor came to clinic only at 12.45 PM. While we were waiting for our turn my wife had a painful spasm which lasted 90 secs. The doctor marched out of his cabin and instead of asking for her condition he started shouting - such cases should not be here. Send her to emergency for painkillers and he cannot handle this case.
