It's all in the details. Went in for a body scrub and wrap and although it isn't a relaxing massage I still expected a little more. They ask you to come 15 minutes in advance but the employee came to get me 7 min later than my scheduled appointment. Once in the room and I was changed I waited another 6 minutes. No one needs 6 minutes to get undressed and to hop on the bed. Then she left again to prepare the scrub. You are not lying on a regular massage bed. So if you are lying on your back you need to turn your neck to the side or the other it gets uncomfortable. She also didn't place any under knee cushions when I was on my back, which definitely helps with the lower back. I also find she didn't spend enough time scrubbing on the problem areas( hands knees elbows).
The wrap was nice but again details were missing. I would definitely get another scrub and wrap but not at this place.
