In short, very very poor service, arrogant staff, no etiquettes, very poor quality. Though it's a great brand, these staff have no awareness about their own brand value, very sad state. Company must intervene and treatment their loyal customers fairly.
One thing is they don't have a good range for women's sandals in that ship. What's shocking was that the salesman was quite insulting and arrogant in behaviour. This stupid shop of that great company is surrounded by many other good shoe outlets. Why would I go back there again to be insulted? Terribly bad experience after spending Rs 4500,
I looked for a shoe which is comfortable.but my left shoe is comfortable , my right is loose.this is the first time I'm feeling this.i slipped many times in washrooms,no proper grips.ive given Rs 8000 for that shoes but not at all happy.just for the design of shoe I'm putting one star,
Good collection....  But was really surprised and disappointed to know they charge extra ₹5 for carry bag when I bought a belt of cost ₹1099....
