Life is the precious gift given by the god to us. Some situations in the life come when we feel that there is no solution of our problems and feel depressed or sad. Truth is that happiness is the state of our mind and is most important part of our life. Take out some time for your hobbies from your hectic life. Relax for 10 minutes and focus on the things which gives you pleasure. Everybody has different requirements to be happy so figure out yours and give them proper attention. It can be anything like watching a T.V., Listening to your favorite music, shopping, your favorite sport, painting or anything. Just do it when you are free these things can help to improve your state of mind.

This is also a scientifically proven fact that when you discuss your problems with someone your heart feels relaxed and light.
Surround yourself with happy and positive people and avoid the company of negative people as this will also affect your state of mind. Negative people bring negativity in your thoughts so try to avoid them.
Live a good lifestyle as this will help you to avoid unnecessary stress and you will feel happy and energetic. Take a healthy diet accompanied with exercise. This helps in the release of endorphins which are the hormones that help us to feel good.
Never ignore yourself. If you are a women get your hair done or try a facial. You can also book a spa session. This will always make you feel better about yourself. For men it can be a reunion with old friends or watching a favorite sports. You can also book a ticket of the match and enjoy your day.
