We all get tired by the end of the exhausted day or after finishing a hectic project. Getting tired is a normal process but if you always feel tired then it can be the reason of concern. There can be many reasons for feeling tired all the time like hay fever, anaemia, after a stressful condition, sleep apnea, diabetes, hypothyroidism, heart disease and can also be due to some allergies.
The symptoms of the chronic stress can be headaches, sore throat, pain in the joints, and loss of memory or difficulty in concentration, Insomnia and unexplained weight loss or weight gain. Although these symptoms can vary from individual to individual. Following can be some of the possible reasons for feeling tired all the time.
Anaemia is the very common cause of fatigue especially in women. Anaemia is the condition where there is loss of haemoglobin. Haemoglobin is the molecule which carries the oxygen from the lungs to the other parts of the body. Sufficient oxygen is required for feeling energetic and refreshed. So always keep a check on your haemoglobin amount.
Depression and anxiety can also be the possible reasons for the chronic fatigue. Depression affects twice in women than men. Due to the hormonal changes in different stages of life women are more affected. Women can get postpartum depression after the birth of the child, premenstrual before the starting of periods and premenopausal before the menopause. Symptoms of anxiety include difficulty in sleeping, excessive worrying, nervousness, agitation and feeling of alert all the time.
Sometimes heart diseases can also be the reason for easily getting tired. The blood circulation in these people is somewhat slow so there will be lack of blood supply to the different organs and which can further lead to chronic fatigue.
Hypothyroidism a disease where the thyroid gland works under actively can also be the reason behind chronic fatigue. Thyroid gland is the small, butterfly shaped gland which is at the base of the neck. This gland balances the rate of the metabolism so if the thyroid gland will be underactive then there will be less production of thyroid hormones and which can further lead to slow metabolic rate and the person will feel fatigued soon.
Being overweight can also be the possible cause of the chronic fatigue. Your body system has to work harder for the maintenance of normal bodily functions when you are overweight. So lose some weight to avoid this problem.
Allergic rhinitis is a common cause of chronic fatigue. So avoid the allergen as much as possible to avoid the condition. Even some food allergies can also be the cause of this chronic fatigue. So if it is so then observe the foods which you are taking daily and find out that after which food you feel uncomfortable.
These are the common causes of chronic fatigue. If you are the one who is suffering from the same problem then visit your doctor and get your blood tested for these conditions. And be active and be healthy.
