Deep Fried Foods: Deep fried foods consume more oil and thus are high in calories. The foods like samosas, cutlets, French fries and purees are high in calories and one should not consume them in excess or too much frequently. Rather than deep fried foods one should consume the baked or grilled food as they are less in calories.
Ice-cream: Ice-cream is also high in the saturated fats and sugars so one must take care while taking them especially if you are on low fat diet. Along with the fats ice creams also contain preservatives and some food additives which are difficult to digest.
